The future economic prosperity of our state is directly dependent on our ability to get this right.

We must remember that child abduction is child abuse and it has devastating emotional, psychological, and even physical consequences for both abducted children and their families left behind.

We have to recognize that would include occupying part of Russia, toppling their government, and replacing them with a different government.

What we’ve said to the General Assembly is you’re going to have to have a transition plan that takes that into account.
