Just a few weeks ago we heard from Ukrainian Prosecutor General Kostin about the horrors being carried out in his country by Russian forces.
We have to recognize that would include occupying part of Russia, toppling their government, and replacing them with a different government.
The problem is we haven't committed to a mission. I have asked Secretary Blinken to define what he thinks the mission is.
Congress certainly has the authority to do that and I think that's one of the key issues for this Committee and the Congress to consider.
