We wanted to make sure people feel as though this is a point to be very involved, and understanding what’s happening.

That is still a decision I’m going to make.

I look at this as a moment in time to kind of pause, reassess, making sure my commitment to this role is exactly as it’s always been.

And while this budget represents meaningful progress, I want to be clear: my fight for affordability is far from over.
