The ball is in Congress' court. It is time for Congress to address this issue.

We had not had a majority vote, a clear-cut majority vote in a long time in dealing with the status of Puerto Rico.

I hope that it's going to be a matter of days, to get the service back, to most of our customers.

As in any democracy, in Puerto Rico the majority rules.
