The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 40, after line 21, insert the following (and redesignate subsequent sections, and conform the table of contents, accordingly): SEC. 143. PUERTO RICO MINIMUM GUARANTEE. Section 47114 is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(g) Supplemental Apportionment for Puerto Rico.--The Secretary shall apportion amounts for airports in Puerto Rico in accordance with this section. This subsection does not prohibit the Secretary from making project grants for airports in Puerto Rico from the discretionary fund under section 47115.''. The Acting CHAIR.
