I do ask unanimous consent, Mr. Chairman, to allow a letter that I just sent to Commanding General Semonite and District Commander Jason Kirk to the Army Corps of Engineers asking them to extend the mission of the U.S. Army Corps and the contracts that have been provided to the island that are set to expire in March 19 and April 7.
