Woman, I have been involved in working on patent reform since I was elected and took office here in 2011. This is not new. We have been working on this legislation if not for several months, at least several weeks where it has been up on the Internet for people to see and for our colleagues to read. I am tired of hearing here in Congress we need more time and more time to do something. If businesses operated the way Congress did, they would be out of business. Finally, this is a quintessential example of us getting off our duff and doing something in a reasonable amount of time that is going to help small business owners. As we stand here and speak, more and more are being put out of business because of trolls.
