However, if Japan rules against me and violates this fundamental bond between parent and child and continue their pattern of denying access to parents of abducted children and fail to expeditiously return abducted children under the Hague Convention, I once again ask that punitive actions be taken by the U.S. Government to include sanctions under the Goldman Act.
Consequences are necessary if Japan fails to uphold parental rights.
