I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 26, after line 4, insert the following: ``(6) The Secretary shall include in the Strategy a plan for addressing new demands for transmission lines and pipelines for distribution of oil and gas across Federal lands to ensure that energy produced can be distributed to areas of need. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 419, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Marino) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
