The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division F (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. For ``Health Resources and Services Administration--Maternal and Child Health'' for carrying out the Pediatric Mental Health Care Access grant program, as authorized by section 330M of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-19), there is hereby appropriated, and the amount otherwise provided by this Act for ``Health Resources and Services Administration--Program Management'' is hereby reduced by, $9,000,000. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 504, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Murphy) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
