I just want to say that with regard to the--I think there is some confusion about the CSR and also the premium tax credit.

I want to personally thank this committee for what was done for mental health reform.

If they think what they are doing is legal then I would invite them to come before this committee and explain it.

We are not abandoning those who are in need.
