I thank my friend from Oregon, and I thank all the Members speaking here tonight. I want to say, as you saw, this was a bipartisan coalition of Members. We are much better off working hand in hand to pass legislation that changes issues than standing next to each other as pallbearers for another 59,000 people in our Nation next week. Mr. Speaker, with that and with some hope that we can pass this legislation and save some lives, I yield back the balance of my time. ____________________
