Mr. Chairman, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division F (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. For ``Health Resources and Services Administration--Maternal and Child Health'' for establishing and carrying out grants to eligible entities to develop, maintain, or enhance infant and early childhood mental health promotion, intervention, and treatment programs for children up to 12 years of age, as authorized by section 399Z-2 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 280h-6) there is hereby appropriated, and the amount otherwise provided by this Act for ``Health Resources and Services Administration--Program Management'' is hereby reduced by, $5,000,000. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 504, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Murphy) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
