I thank my colleague and friend for his dedication on this issue. And, yes, he is right: we have to cross party lines and work on this together. Mr. Speaker, I yield to the gentleman from Ohio (Mr. Chabot), another friend, who has seen these problems, as well, in his district and knows full well how these problems have merged well into the Ohio area, as it is an insidious problem.
