Dr. Bucshon was referring to his district in southern Indiana here, which, on this 2014 map, was already showing high mortality rates for those who have drug overdoses. Look here in the State of Washington, also an area that, on this 2014 map, showed a lot of problems, and now the problem is getting worse.
