We're probably going to have to do things with the states and Federal Government providing scholarships or pay for their internships or something to get them out there.
I need treatment now. Now is the best time for treatment. Giving them a waiting list is not helpful at all.
This just sounds like one of the biggest Rube Goldberg messes the Government could come up with.
