I just want to thank you for the honor. Seeing that I was on the Veterans' Committee once before, and it is like Mr. Doyle said, an honor to be back with you, and I also want to thank you for your ongoing tenacity in pursuing this.

This just sounds like one of the biggest Rube Goldberg messes the Government could come up with.
We're probably going to have to do things with the states and Federal Government providing scholarships or pay for their internships or something to get them out there.
