The agents there are really able to squeeze the activity related in the San Diego sector. These are living organizations, these transnational criminal organizations that are trafficking in our communities and our neighborhoods, so they react. It is like squeezing a balloon. Guess what happened? They tightened up in San Diego, and that meant that these organizations were now coming in and out of my community.…
