None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the final rule entitled ``Representation-Case Procedures'' published by the National Labor Relations Board in the Federal Register on August 25, 2023 (88 Fed Reg. 58076). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 864, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Perry) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
