The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement or enforce the final rule entitled ``Comprehensive Plan and Special Regulations With Respect to High Volume Hydraulic Fracturing; Rules of Practice and Procedure Regarding Project Review Classifications and Fees'' published by the Delaware River Basin Commission on April 21, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 20628). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1370, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Perry) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
