The solution is not to spend more money there, to provide more services and encourage more people to come in illegally while this administration refuses to enforce the law. I think the gentleman would probably agree with at least that sentiment at some point. I understand he is trying to do right by his citizens, and he should. The best way to do right by his citizens, and he has no control of this, neither does anybody in this body at this moment, is to actually enforce the law.…”
