Certain States like California, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where I reside, imposed prolonged, widespread lockdowns on their economies that killed economic activity, gravely restricted their citizens' personal liberties, and eliminated their tax bases.
