The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of division D (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement or enforce the final rule published by the Secretary of Energy entitled ``Energy Conservation Program: Test Procedures for Central Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps'' published on January 5, 2017 (82 Fed. Reg. 1426). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 473, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Perry) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
