They want to cut something. Why do you spend money on--I don't know. They call them Obama funds. Or why do you spend money on foreign aid? If we just cut that, we don't have to pay for people to hate us. They will hate us for free. It all sounds all well and good, except you can cut all that completely and--I think you will show at some point--it won't make a dent. It won't even begin to make a dent.
