I have an amendment at the desk, Mr. Chairman, No. 41. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 3, line 9, strike the closed quotation marks and the final period. Page 3, after line 9, insert the following: ``(4) Requirements.--The plan required by paragraph (1) shall include a list of parcels planned to be offered for lease, including, for each such parcel-- ``(A) the size of the parcel, by acre; ``(B) the location of the parcel; and ``(C) any permits and approvals necessary to access the parcel and produce oil and gas on the parcel.''.
