But this is American taxpayers' money. While Russia is invading the border of Ukraine, we have an invasion on our southern border. How much are we spending on that? Look, we are spending a pile of money. But do you know what we are not doing? We are not stopping the invasion. Here, let's spend a bunch of money down where Chip lives, and we put a welcome mat out.
