I think sometimes it seems like the President would like Americans to be more concerned with the rights of terrorists than their own rights. I wonder about and think about all those MPs, all those members of the services that go down and do a tour at Guantanamo and have horrific things happen to them and still act professionally in the face of these terrorists every single day. That is who we should be thinking about, those people and the American people and their rights. I yield to the gentleman from Louisiana (Mr. Scalise), the majority whip.
