For the past 8 years we watched the administration turn a blind eye to bureaucratic waste, inefficiency, and mismanagement.

The Department of Homeland Security simply must find a better way to prioritize and tackle these challenges.

Simply put, DHS's bureaucracy should get operators what they need at the best cost to the taxpayer, and then get out of the way.
