The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of section 20209, insert the following: (d) Prohibition.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary of Agriculture (acting through the Forest Service) and the Secretary of the Interior may not accept contributions, as authorized by subsection (a), from non- Federal entities owned by the Communist Party of China (or a person or entity acting on behalf of the Communist Party of China). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 260, the gentleman from Pennsylvania (Mr. Perry) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
