This Administration comes up with what they call lawful pathways, which I think are illegal.
I have some concerns about this piece of legislation, and so I am going to be looking very keenly at the amendments.
I mean, $3.8 billion might not seem much in the face of $7.2 trillion, but still a lot of money where I come from.
Fundamentally, FEMA's core mission is to help people before, during, and after disasters.
