People come here and it is dangerous to ride on the transit system of their Capital. That is reckless. This transit system is expecting to get this $150 million in grants, and they are still going to lose $750 million in 2025 and $830 million in 2026. They are still going to lose that even with the $150 million because they have no interest in trying to make this solvent. Why should they?
