And my question is: Does the gentleman from Texas believe that the minority is entitled to the documents that they requested based upon what the gentleman just told us, that this is an opportunity for the committee to review the realities of that legislation, that now we are demanding certain documents that relate to regulations that evidently somehow got us into a $60 million problem? And as I understand the gentleman from Wisconsin, those documents were denied to the minority today. Now, is the gentleman from Texas suggesting that that denial was proper, or is the minority in fact entitled to such documents?
