And so this is a matter that a ``no'' vote really means that you are willing to allow this matter to be buried, never to come before the House, and that you are willing to accept the fact that a guilty plea with regard to embezzlement and potential involvement of Members of Congress is something that the House is willing to ignore. I mean, to say that you vote ``no'' is to ignore the public pleading and suggest that the House has no further action to take.
