Absolutely. The fact is that incentives for businesses to invest in capital and equipment and purchasing capital equipment for manufacturers here in this country means they are improving their productivity. They are being more competitive internationally. We are not losing those jobs. We are keeping those jobs here. They are more productive jobs and higher paying jobs. It is a win-win all across.
