Wade; 51 percent would take what most people in this Chamber would term the pro-life position, 50 percent of women--that is, no abortions or no abortions except in the case of rape, incest, and to save the life of the mother, which is far less than 1 percent of abortions done in this country: 1.3 million, one-third of all conceptions in America end in abortion.”
