Just one of the reasons we had more savings than the ag bill is because we had to meet a specific target in the last year. And to meet that target, we had to cut a little bit more than we needed to in the first few years to meet the outyear number. That is why if you change the numbers, then we do not have the numbers in the outyears. I say that in response. I am willing to get the yeas and nays on this.
