I think there is a problem with our criminal justice system. John McCain pointed out and many of us have pointed it out for a long time, when someone commits an act of terrorism in the United States, particularly I would argue, someone who is not a United States citizen, they should not be treated like a normal criminal.
Santorum argued that terrorists should be treated as enemy combatants rather than ordinary criminals.
