I commend his work as chairman of the Commerce Committee in pursuing this area because it is an important area, to provide needed protections for children in libraries and schools, to have a program in place to deal with the issues of pornography and violence and the other things that have opened up on the Internet. I have nothing but words of praise for the Senator from Arizona and for the work he has initiated. In fact, the amendment I have just introduced uses his language pretty much as the base of the amendment.
