I just want to remind the Senator from Massachusetts that the Smith-Wyden amendment that provided $28 billion for those who do not have insurance passed and that is now law. It was in the budget. So I have been a supporter of money and a substantial amount of money for those who do not have insurance. I have sponsored a piece of legislation, with Senator Torricelli, that is called Fair Care, which provides tax credits for the uninsured at the cost of around $20 billion a year. So I suggest to the Senator from Massachusetts----
