Bolton is not testifying that he was asked to do a quid pro quo. He was not asked to do that.

I think it is the right thing to do.

That's a foundational problem that goes way beyond impeachment.

I think the president can talk about death rates, he can talk about, you know, the situation could have been a lot worse...
