I was just questioning. Are you suggesting that negligible amounts could mean rather extraordinary amounts? You are not suggesting that a Member of the Senate would violate his constitutional oath of office to uphold the Constitution which requires a balanced budget? You would not be suggesting that someone would deliberately violate their oath of office by allowing a large deficit to occur when the Constitution says that cannot occur?
