I am hopeful today that the leaders will be able to get together and will be able to get consent to move forward on this bill. I assure you, this is a bill we must pass. This is ``the extension'' of ILSA with some very well thought out, negotiated compromises between Republicans and Democrats in the Congress, as well as the administration. I am hopeful that we can get a successful conclusion to that bill. The security of our country demands it.
