I am a lawyer. I did practice law before I came here, but not as much as many here. But I do know, one of the things that happens when you file lawsuits is, you do not leave anything out. If you have damages available to you, you file for them and you let those who are responsible for making the decision as to what your plaintiff should receive--whether it is the jury or judge--you let them decide what the plaintiff is permitted to receive. There is no question in my mind. Imagine, that victims of terrorism--
