You know, rhetorically I think Joe Biden has hit the notes very, very well. Substantively, as you can imagine, I'm not particularly excited about many of the things he is talking about doing. But I think his tone has been very, very good.
This is a moment where presidents matter. This is a moment when you -- as David said, in the last few days I think things have really change, attitudes and moods have changed in this country.
What Donald Trump is doing right now is affirming is affirming one thing, and that is that he believes he's not going to be president on January 20th.
I think hopefully the Republican Party will learn from that and be the party of Middle America again.
