Arthur Bomar was released from a Nevada prison after serving only a small fraction of his sentence for a similar crime. He was released, and within a few months he found his way to Philadelphia, where Aimee was out one evening. She was attacked, raped, and murdered. It was a case that sent shockwaves through southeastern Pennsylvania and the whole Delaware Valley.”
