I think you will find the dialog that has occurred in charting the number of days that the President has refused to offer a budget has been very respectful of the President in referring to him as the President. The point of the chart is apparent. I find it ironic that when this was going on by the Senator from Massachusetts, I do not remember anybody coming to the well, much less the Senator from Nebraska coming to the well, defending President Bush from those similar attacks.
