I think you have said that you think we still, nevertheless, need to have some kind of outbound investment review mechanism, even though you have just said we already have the authorities to prevent any kind of technology transfer.
Instead of pushing a reckless tax-and-spending bill, the Administration should look to opportunities for bipartisan legislation.
But that does not mean that Congress should be throwing even more billions of Federal taxpayer dollars at them to build out more services for riders they do not have.
