I think it makes perfect sense. We have already demonstrated in the House that we fully recognize, our society wants to be there for people who lose their job and who are making every effort to find another one. Unemployment benefits occasionally need to be extended. If that has to happen, that is fine. I do not think any of us object to that. I think we all voted for the bill that would do that. But how much better if you never need to use them? Sure they can be there.
