Instead of conducting oversight hearings to push for implementation of the Wall Street Reform Act, we all remember when President Obama signed Dodd-Frank that chief financial services lobbyists in this town said, 'Now it is half-time,' meaning they were going to go to work to try to stop the Fed and weaken the FDIC rules and do whatever they could do on behalf of Wall Street.
