I think there is a case to be made that there should be a regulatory regime on disclosure requirements for an issuer.

That is no way to protect taxpayers nor to follow the law.

President Biden would make this shortfall worse by suspending the Federal gas tax for 3 months.

But that does not mean that Congress should be throwing even more billions of Federal taxpayer dollars at them to build out more services for riders they do not have.
